TBM法施工长大斜井是煤矿建井领域的一项新技术,由于煤矿斜井坡度远大于城市地铁线路,且TBM或盾构长大连续下坡掘进时要穿越各种复杂地层,因此斜井反坡排水技术难度高,地下水风险大。结合新建斜井工程地质特点,在充分考虑TBM或盾构设备自防水的基础上,根据煤矿排水设计相关规定,通过计算分析,确定了高扬程水泵两级排水加中继水箱的斜井排水方案,得到了合理的管路参数。研究成果为TBM法成功应用于煤矿长大斜井施工提供了一定的基础。
As a new technology in coal mine construction, due to coal mine slope gradient is much larger than the city sub- way lines, and TBM or shield large continuous downhill drives through the various complex strata, therefore, the inclined shaft reverse slope drainage technology is characterized by high difficulty and groundwater risk. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of the new slope engineering geology, in accordance with the relevant design provisions of coal mine drainage, through calculation and analysis, the scheme of high lift pump two level drainage with relay tank is determined, and the reasonable pipeline parameters is obtained. The results provide some beneficial basis for applied the TBM method of coal mine inclined shaft construction.
