Based on the survey of the aetualify of national top-quality medical courses, this article analyzes the technical factors affecting the quality of these courses in the network transmission and application. It also expounds the features of the new network context and its influences on education, then further points out inadequacy of the top-quality courses and discusses strategies for improving the quality of top-quality medical courses in the new network context.
