Great importance is attached to the creating of learning situation by the constructivist theories.The rapid development of network and multimedia technique provided convenient conditions for the creation of virtual learning situation. We discussed the basic request and the major style of virtual learning situation in the multimedia.and network circumstance from the viewpoint of teaching in class, offered useful reference for teachers and curriculum erectors, improved the teaching efficiency and quality.
