英文摘要：
This paper brings forward the Human Being-based Theory of Information after thought of the ecology basis of information philosophy which evolves from the relationship of human and information environment in the theory of information ecology. The paper argues that the ecology thought of universe information system reflects that human being controls the universe information system based on anthropocentrism, and improves the evolution of information system, as a result, human being civilization comes true completely.
