Based on the concept of post oriented education and teaching pattern designing in military academies, this paper introduces the theory of teaching pattern designing in post education, and discussing how to practise it from the following aspects： the theoretical principles, the blueprints of personnel cultivating, the contents of teaching, the application of media facilities, the teaching process and the evaluation of learning.
