从军队任职教育、教学设计的概念出发,引入军队任职教育中教学设计的理论,并分别从理论依据、人才方案、教学内容、媒体使用、教学过程、学习评价等方面,论述了任职教育下教学设计的理论与实践问题。
Based on the concept of post oriented education and teaching pattern designing in military academies, this paper introduces the theory of teaching pattern designing in post education, and discussing how to practise it from the following aspects: the theoretical principles, the blueprints of personnel cultivating, the contents of teaching, the application of media facilities, the teaching process and the evaluation of learning.
