Based on the blended learning theory, this thesis is exploring and making up a blended training model through the action research of educational technology basic theories and abilities learning in universities. It can make the development of university teachers in the information timbers and teaching abilities, and, verify the feasibility of the blended training model in educational technology training in universities.
