E- Commerce centers on enterprise＇s management and operation and the enterprise supply chain model mainly involves the role and the activity related to enterprise＇s management and operation. In terms of the supply chain the paper analyzes the application of E - Commerce in enterprise, and discusses XML （ Extensible Markup Language ） acting as a standard exchange language in the E - Commerce responsible for describing technique relevant to exchange data function and software and hardware necessary in E - Commerce.
