为探讨纵横码学习对提高大学新生心理健康水平的影响,本研究以新乡医学院大一新生为研究对象,运用大学生人格健康问卷(UPI)对其进行心理测试,选取总分较高的39名作为被试并随机分为两组(实验组20人;对照组19人)。对实验组进行纵横码训练,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、UPI和社会适应性自评问卷3个量表对实验组和对照组实施了前后测量。结果表明,实验组被试在SCL-90总分及诸多因子上有显著下降(p〈0.05)。对照组被试的前后测没有显著差异(p〉0.05)。可见,纵横码信息数字化学习能够显著降低大学生强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对等因子得分,在一定程度上提高其心理健康水平。
To explore the effect of CKC Chinese Input System on improving the standard of psychological health of college freshmen. It chose 39 students who have a higher total score in the UPI test and randomly divided them into two groups(experimental group, 20 students; control group, 19 students) .The training of CKC Chinese Input System lasted 6 weeks. Subjects of experimental group and control group were asked to fill in the SCL-90, UPI, Adaptive community self-assessment questionnaire in pre-and post-test. The results of T-test showed that contrast with control group, experimental group had significant differences of total score and many other factors score in SCL-90 test between pre-and post-test(p〈0.05).These finding suggested that The CKC Chinese Input System Learning can fully mobilize freshmen's sense perception activities, improve their attention wore, increase observation some extent their standard of psychological health can be power and enhance active thinking activities. To some extent their standard of psychological health can be raised.
