英文摘要：
Based on the construction of curriculum knowledge base of Information Security, this paper expounds the related concepts and definitions of learning design and groups of courses, presents a new approach to constructing the learning-activity-oriented sharable and reusable knowledge base and provides an example of its construction. The practice shows that the approach is not only simple and convenient, but as well effectively integrates teaching design ideas into the knoledge base, so as to give full play to its instructional functions.
