With the further development of educational informatization,primary and secondary schools＇ teaching and learning environment has been greatly improved.How to adapt to the modern teaching environment has become one of the most important questions on school teacher＇s professional development.In the past time,teacher＇s traditional knowledge domains only include subject matter knowledge,general pedagogical knowledge and some psychology knowledge.With the development of science and technology,especially the development of information technology,technology knowledge and skills have become important parts of teacher＇s knowledge in the new stage,which forms the teacher＇s professional capacity in the 21st century.
