英文摘要：
This paper studies learners of online English writing at Second Military Medical University, analyzes their learning behavior, and collects related data of basic features of their learning behavior in network environment. Some issues are discussed in detail regarding developing and improving learners＇ abilities under the present online teaching situation, which provides reference for further improvement of the network teaching environment and evaluating system.
