Network resources, characterized by concealment, freedom, discreteness, share, timeliness, complexity, optimization etc, have various conceal sources. Thus the security of network resources is influenced by various factors. The safety management should be promoted, the security awareness should be enhanced, the safety legislation should be accelerated, the security precautions research should be strengthened, and the network information talents project should be speeded, so as to solve the information security problem.
