Technical University of Munich is the high-level university of science and technology in Germany.Tracing the history of Technical University of Munich,it is found that beyond the ＂ Humboldt idea＂ plays a key role in advancing school-running level rapidly under the influence of traditional higher education in Germany.It follows that university idea goes with times and dialectically deals with the relationships between conservative,and innovative university idea can be worthy of reference for the improvement of school-running level.
