高等教育质量评估是提升高等教育质量的重要手段。本研究通过定量分析法,考察了高等教育质量评估指标的现状,结果如下:(1)人才培养的关注度较高,且本科、研究生的人才培养关注度均显著高于社会服务。(2)人才培养中毕业生质量关注度较高,且本科、研究生层次毕业生质量的关注度均显著高于学生发展质量;知识创新中知识发展与转化关注度较高;社会服务中采纳效益和产学研结合关注度较高。在研究结果的基础上,本文提出了完善我国高等教育质量评估指标的一些尝试性措施。
Assessment of higher education quality absolutely becomes an important part of the quality's accountability and security. This study investigates the current situation of evaluation index in higher education quality in our country by using the quantitative methods, and the results are following: (1) Personnel training (78.13%) is more concerned than the dimension of social services, and both undergraduate and graduate-level quality assessment indicators focus more on personnel training than social service; (2) Graduate quality is focused (62.50%) in personnel training, and both undergraduate and graduate-level quality assessment indicators are significantly more concerned about the quality of graduates than students" development quality; (3)Indicator of knowledge development and Transformation (53.13%) pay more attention to knowledge innovation; (4)The adoption of efficiency indicators (25.00%) focuses more on social services. A few measures to improve the higher educational quality evaluation index are put forward on the basis of research results.
