世界知名研究型大学的人才培养是一个复杂的过程,它主要通过其系统而明确的培养目标,通专结合、弹性设置的课程,灵活而严密的科研训练实现的。分析比较几所世界知名研究型大学人才的培养特点,我国研究型大学的发展和强盛应借鉴其经验,在目标定位、素质培养等方面采取切实可行的措施。

Talents training is a complex process in the world famous research universities,which is realized through a systematic and clear training object,flexible curriculum combining the general and the specialized,and flexible and rigorous research training.By analyzing the characteristics of talents training in several world famous research universities,we propose that China＇s research universities should learn experiences from them,and take practical measures in target orientation and quality training to assure the development and prosperity of the research universities.
