英文摘要：
This paper analyzes the overall operation model of knowledge sharing in industry-university cooperation.Moreover,it also explores the three processes of the knowledge sharing： selection and overflow of own knowledge,knowledge integration and the formation of common knowledge,the absorption and application of common knowledge.Research shows that operation of knowledge sharing in industry-university cooperation is repeated spiral dynamic process which shared innovation capacity.Selection and overflow of own knowledge is the necessary to ensure smooth of knowledge sharing in industry-university;knowledge integration is the conditions prepare for the formation of common knowledge,it is the purpose of knowledge integration;through the establishment of common knowledge base to helping both parties to carry out the absorption and application of common knowledge.
