It is necessary to establish the university curriculum standard so as to guide the teaching activities,conduct the curriculum assessment and also make up for the shortcomings in the current syllabus. The designers of the university curriculum standard can be teachers, curriculum researchers and students as well. There are four main elements in the university curriculum standard： curriculum idea, curriculum goal, curriculum content and curriculum implementation.
