本科教育是研究型大学发展以及培养创新人才的基础。近年来，世界各国研究型大学都将教学改革作为加强精英教育与提升教育质量的基本途径。借鉴美国研究型大学经验，本科教育教学改革关键是要充分利用研究资源，体现研究型大学培养目标的精英性与学术活动的创新性。根据我国研究型大学发展实际，本科教育教学改革的重点在于建立研究性的教学模式，推进课程与人才培养模式改革，以及调动教师参与教学改革的积极性等三个方面。
英文摘要：
Undergraduate education is the base of research university development and innovative talent cultivating. In recent years,research universities around the world focus on teaching reform as a basic method to strengthen elite education and improve education quality. To draw on the experiences of the research universities in the United States, the key to the undergraduate education teaching reform is to make good use of the research resource, present the elite nature of cultivating target in research universities and the innovativeness of academic activities. According to the developing practice of research universities in our country,the key point of undergraduate education teaching reform is to build a researching teaching pattern, to propel the reform of curriculum and talent cultivating pattern, as well as to mobilize teachers＇ enthusiasm in participating in the teaching reforms.
