In this paper, we apply the constrained rotation Q1 element to approximate the generalized nerve conductive equation. Using Bramble-Hilbert lemma and the interpolation techniques, the conesponding optimal error estimation and superclose results are derived with- out the traditional Ritz projection and modifications.
