The education and teaching of mathematics is a hot subject. In basic educational curricula reforms, it is required that the computer science should be provided in elementary and high schools as an implementation of quality-oriented education. This paper dwells thoroughly upon such aspects as the developing strategies, developing trend and tatlents training in the Computer Science Departments in areas of national minorities.
