目的：观察桡神经损伤显微外科手术前后护理与康复治疗的效果。方法：本组39例患者,均在伤后1小时-6个月后分别行神经吻合术和神经松解术,术前、术后予以特殊护理与康复治疗。结果：随访6个月-6年,在39例中,优24例;良11例;可3例;差1例。结论：桡神经损伤后应尽早行显微外科手术及术前、术后予以特殊护理与康复治疗,可获满意疗效。
英文摘要：
Objective：To observe the radial nerve before and after micro-surgery care and rehabilitation therapy effect.Methods：39 patients in this group, 1 hour after injury were 6 months after the nerve anastomosis and nerve lysis, preoperative and postoperative care and rehabilitation treatment to be special.Results：Followed up for 6 months-6 years, the excellent 24 cases, 11 cases in excellent; 3 cases in good; 1 case in poor.Conclusion：Radial nerve injury in microsurgical soon as possible after surgery and preoperative and post-operative care and rehabilitation be given special treatment, results were satisfactory.
