Through interviews with vocational school teachers,it further studies policies and measures of vocational school teachers＇ involving in community education. The school＇s security condition and incentive mechanism is also explored into. To establish long-term mechanism of vocational school teachers＇ participation in community education,relevant legal document should be formulated,teachers＇ evaluating system should be perfected,investment should be added,leadership mechanism should be built,and the training should be strengthened as well.
