目的:建立吴茱萸药材的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱分析方法,为科学评价及有效控制吴茱萸质量提供可靠方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,大连依利特科学仪器有限公司:Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.04%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长327nm,建立了吴茱萸药材(水溶性部分)的HPLC指纹图谱,并对不同产地、不同采收时间的吴茱萸药材进行检测,并且利用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件”对不同样品之间的相似度进行计算。结果:各批药材指纹图谱相似度与其产地和采收时间有关。结论:该方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于吴茱萸药材及其制剂的质量控制。
Objective: The aim was to establish the chromatographic fingerprint of water soluble component of Evodia rutaecarpa by using HPLC for identifying and evaluating its quality. Methods: The sample was separated on a Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)acetonitrile with a-0.04%H3PO4 gradient mobile system. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detecting wavelength was set at 327 nm. All samples of Evodia rutaecarpa from different habitats and different harvesting times were detected, and the fingerprints of different samples were compared with similarity evaluation software. Results: The similarity was correlated with the habitat and the harvest time of the herb. Conclusion: This method shows high precision and good repeatability, so it can be used as the means to assess the quality of Evodia rutaecarpa.
