甜茶样品的根、茎和叶经烘干、灰化及灼烧,用浓硝酸溶解残渣.利用火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)法对溶解液中的重金属元素铅和镉进行了测定.Pb和ca标准曲线的相关系数分别为o.9990和0.9938,相对标准偏差为0.26%~1.38%,加标回收率为99.3~101.2%.结果表明所测甜茶的根、茎和叶中Pb的含量均超过国家标准.
Abstract: The root, stem and leaf of Rubus suavissimus sample were ashed, ignited and the residue was dissolved with HNO3. The amounts of Pb and Cd in the sample were determined by FAAS. Interrelated coefficients of Pb and Cd standard curve were 0. 998 4 and 0. 993 8 respectively. RSD were in the range of 0.26%~1.38%, and recoveries in the range of 99.3%~101, 2%. The result showed that concentrations of Pb in the root, stem and leaf of Rubus suavissimus sample exceeded the limited standards of China.
