The spectrometer based on CCD array has been used in industrial process monitoring widely. Owing to its advantages of rapid detecting speed and non-destruction detection, the process Raman spectroscopy system combined with fiber optics for conducting and laser technology for measuring replaced the traditional measurement in lab. The fiber optical spetrometer QE65000 that produced by Ocean Optics company was a case in point. Its traits and applications in industry were introduced in detail such as biochemical reaction, petrochemical industry, pharmaceutical industry and food industry.
