对比观察玻璃纤维桩与Ni-Cr合金桩核在前牙桩拆除后再修复中的应用效果。选取89例共103颗拆除桩后需要再修复的前牙,分别用玻璃纤维桩(54颗)和Ni-Cr合金桩(49颗)作桩核修复,患者两年后复诊,观察修复效果。其中玻璃纤维桩组有3例出现中度牙龈炎性反应,2例桩核折断,1例桩脱落;Ni-Cr合金桩核组有8例和6例分别出现牙龈中、重度反应,6例出现边缘色泽改变,7例出现根折,5例出现桩核脱落。结果表明玻璃纤维桩比铸造金属桩更适合应用于前牙的再次修复,但不能完全代替Ni-Cr合金桩。
The aim of this study is to compare the application effect of the restorations manufactured with the glass fiber post or Ni-Cr alloy post and core after anterior teeth post removal. A total of 89 patients (103 teeth) after anterior post removal were restored with the glass fiber post (54 teeth) or Ni-Cr alloy post (49 teeth), respectively. The cases were rechecked two years later to observe the restorations, In the glass fiber post group, 3 cases appeared moderate gingivitis, glass fiber posts were broken in 2 cases, and glass fiber post was dropped in 1 case. In the Ni-Cr alloy post group, 8 cases appeared moderate gingivitis, 6 cases severe gingivitis, gingiva color of teeth was changed in 6 cases, roots were broken in 7 cases, and Ni-Cr alloy post were dropped in 5 cases. It is demonstrated that glass fiber post is more superior to cast metal post for the restorations of anterior teeth, but cannot completely replace the Ni-Cr alloy post.
