13~16岁壮族青少年年龄、身高及体重指数对跟骨超声骨密度的影响

目的:建立广西壮族13~16岁青少年超声骨密度BUA正常参考值,为临床应用提供参考。方法:以常住广西百色地区13~16岁正常壮族青少年为研究对象,采用法国生产的Osteospace干式超声骨密度仪测量右侧跟骨BUA,同时测量身高和体重。结果:13~16岁壮族男女青少年BUA与体重、BMI、年龄、身高及足长均有显著正相关(P〈0.01),体重是男女性跟骨BUA的主要影响因素。13岁壮族女生平均身高和体重均显著高于同龄男生,13岁女生的BUA值高于同龄男生,但14岁男生的BUA值显著提高。结论:BUA随着体重、身高和BMI的增加逐渐增加,随着青春期的启动而显著地增加,青春期是骨量增加迅速的一个关键时期。

英文摘要:

Objective:To establish the normal reference value of BUA of ultrasonic bone mineral density of 13~16-year old adolescents of Zhuang nationality in Guangxi,provide a reference for clinical application. Methods:The normal adolescents of Zhuang nationality among permanent population in Baise region,Guangxi were selected as study objects,Osteospace dry ultrasound bone densitometer was used to detect BUA of right calcaneus,at the same time,body height and body weight were measured. Results:There was significant positive correlation between BUA of 13~16-year old adolescents of Zhuang nationality and body weight,BMI,age,body height and foot length(P0.01);body weight was a main effect factor of BUA of calcaneus of boys and girls.The average body height and body weight of 13-year old girls of Zhuang nationality were significantly higher than those of 13-year old boys of Zhuang nationality,the BUA value of 13-year old girls of Zhuang nationality was significantly higher than that of 13-year old boys of Zhuang nationality,but the BUA value of 14-year old boys increased significantly. Conclusion:BUA increases with the increases of body weight,body height and BMI gradually,and it increases significantly with the start of puberty,puberty is a critical period to increase bone mass rapidly.
