介绍了OPC(OLE for Process Control)数据存取规范和OPC在多总线下的应用模式,提出了一种利用OPC技术实现多Profibus总线控制系统的集成方案。建立了以太网和Profibus现场总线2层网络的实验平台,在此平台上,采用MCGS组态软件实现与底层设备的数据交换并建立OPC服务器,在OPC客户端以MATLAB为集成软件,实现对远程OPC服务器的数据存取,具体实例验证了集成方案的实用性和有效性。
OPC data access interface standard and its application mode in fieldbus system are introduced. The system integration scheme for multi - Profibus fieldbus control system based on OPC technology is proposed. With ethernet and Profibus fieldbus, an experimental platform of two network layers was built, in which MCGS configuration software was utilized to realized data exchange with process devices and built OPC server. MAT- LAB software was utilized to realized remote data access in OPC client. The experimental results verify the practicability and validity of OPC technology in multi - Profibus fieldbus system integration.
