根据装载机液压系统的故障特点,应用专家系统与数据结构的有关知识和面向对象的设计方法,在建立诊断知识故障树的基础上,论述了装载机液压系统故障诊断专家系统知识库的设计与实现过程。该知识库采用了分层次的多库结构、基于故障树的产生式规则知识表示方法和面向对象的编程方法,提高了装载机液压系统故障诊断效率,为故障诊断专家系统的知识库设计提供了一种科学有效的方法。
According to the trouble feature of loader hydraulic system, by using relevant theory of expert system and data structure and object - oriented design approach, the design and implementation of knowledge base for fault diagnosis expert system of loader hydraulic system are discussed on the basis of fault tree of diagnosis knowledge. The hierarchical multi - base structure, the fault tree based knowledge representation of production rule and object - oriented approaches are adopted in the knowledge base. Thus it can improve the efficiency of the fault diagnosis and provide a scientific and effective method for the design of knowledge base of fault diagnosis expert system.
