研究了不同喷丸工艺对A-100高强度钢残余应力场的影响。结果表明,随着喷丸时间的延长,最大残余压应力的深度和强化层深度增大,而表面残余压应力减小;相对于小直径弹丸,采用大直径弹丸产生的强化深度更深些;随着喷丸强度的增大,最大残余压应力增大、强化层深度加深;而采用玻璃丸或陶瓷丸进行二次喷丸则可提高试样的表面残余压应力。
This paper has given an experimental investigation on residual stress fields of A-100 high strength steel under different parameters by shot peening.The results show that,with the increase of shot-peening time,both depths of the maximum compressive residual stress and shot-peened enhanced layer are increased,while the value of surface compressive residual stress is decreased.The depth of shot-peened layer is strongly affected by the diameters of shot and the value of compress residual stress depth is improved when the diameter of shot is increased.With the increase of shot-peening intensity,the maximal compressive residual stress and depth of shot-peened layer are improved.The surface compressive residual stress is increased after secondary shot-peening using glass or ceramic shot.
