在分析级配碎石粗集料骨架组成的基础上,采用振动压实仪进行室内CBR试验,以研究细集料含量对级配碎石承载特性的影响规律,并优化得出骨架密实型级配碎石的矿料级配组成. 另外,采用振动成型方式对不同结构类型微粘结级配碎石性能进行对比试验. 试验结果表明:微粘结级配碎石的内部结构类型对其性能有重要影响,与悬浮密实结构相比,骨架密实结构微粘结级配碎石的抗压强度与抗压回弹模量更优,而抗弯拉性能略差.
On the basis of analyzing composition of skeleton of grading gravel coarse aggregate, this paper carries out indoor test by means of vibration compaction meter to research the rule of influences of fine aggregate on bearing characteristics of grading gravel and to optimize composition of the resulting mineral aggregate grading of dense skeleton type grading gravel. In addition, the paper adopts vibration molding method to conduct comparative test of the performance of microbond grading gravel of different structure types. The test results show that the interior structure types of microbond grading gravel exhibit important influences on its performance, and in comparison with suspension dense structure, the compressive strength and compressive elastic modulus of microbond grading gravel in skeleton dense structure are more superior, but the bending/stretching resistance is not as good.
