本文基于热力学分析及TG方法,以CaSO4为载氧体,研究了松木半焦的化学链气化特性。热力学计算结果表明,随着CaSO4/松木半焦质量比的增加,CO产量逐渐增加,且比值为2.8时,CO产量达到最大值;实验结果显示,CaSO4/松木半焦在温度为950℃时,反应最为剧烈;反应动力学分析表明,CaSO4/松木半焦反应活化能随转化率的增加呈变小趋势,CaSO4/松木半焦反应的最概然机理函数为二维扩散模型,且为2级反应。
The study was carried out by means of the thermodynamic method and TG to investigate chemical looping gasification of biomass char with CaSO4 as oxygen carrier.The thermodynamic calculation results showed that,with increase of quality ratio of CaSO4 and pine char,the yield of CO increased gradually,when the ratio was 2.8,the CO yield reached the maximum;the experimental results showed that,at the temperature of 950℃ the reaction between CaSO4 and pine char was most;Kinetic analysis showed that,with conversion rates decreased,reaction activation energy of CaS04/pine char increased,and reaction mechanism function of CaSO4/pine char was two-dimensional diffusion model,and the reaction order was 2.
