选择气候调节、空气质量调节、水质净化调节和干扰调节4个服务指标,采用替代市场价格法和替代成本法对温州海域生态系统提供的调节服务价值进行了评估。结果表明,2009年温州海域调节服务价值达48.11亿元,其中以空气质量调节服务价值为主(70.38%),其次是气候调节(18.19%)和水质净化服务价值(11.37%),干扰调节服务价值所占比例最低(0.06%)。从提供调节服务的来源来看,浮游植物提供的调节服务价值最高为47.83亿元,占总价值的99.42%;养殖生物提供的调节服务价值为2 512万元,占总价值的0.52%;互花米草提供的调节服务价值为295万元,约占总价值的0.06%。温州海域生态系统调节服务价值的分布与海域生态环境特征及海域使用现状密切相关,存在高度的空间变化,分布密度平均为5 473元/hm2,总体分布为从近岸向外海呈明显升高趋势,最低值出现在温州湾(瓯江口、飞云江口、鳌江口)-5 m等深线内海域,最高值出现在南麂列岛附近海域。
Four indicators including climate regulating, air quality regulating, water-clean regulating and interference regulating were selected to estimate the economic value of regulating services provided by Wenzhou sea areas. The marketprice method was used to value climate regulating, while the replacement- cost method was applied to value air quality regulating, water-clean regulating and interference regulating. Results showed that the total estimated value of regulating services was 4.811 billion CNY in Wenzhou sea areas in 2009. Comparatively, the air quality regulating made a major contribution in value of 3.386 billion CNY, about 70.38% of the total regulating services value in contrast to the regulating of climate, water-clean and interference which accounted for 18.19%, 11.37% and 0.06%, respectively. According to the regulation service sources, phytoplankton valued 4.783 billion CNY, accounting for 99.42 % of the total value, while aquaculture organisms and Spartina alterniflora Loisel were in value of 25.12 million CNY and 2.95 million CNY,respectively, accounting for 0.52% and 0.06% of the total. The present study demonstrated that spatial distribution of the regulating services in Wenzhou sea areas had extensive spatial variation, which was closely related to the characteristics of sea environment and the sea areas used. Thus, average spatial density of regulating services in Wenzhou sea areas was valued as high as 5 473 CNY/hm2, and there existed a generally increasing trend for the spatial density of regulating services from inshore to open sea. The shallow sea areas in Nanji showed higher density of regulating services value, while the shallow sea areas within 0~-5 m depth contour in the Wenzhou Bay was in lower density.
