【目的】探讨臭氧(O_3)气流对家蚕几种常见病原的消毒效果,为蚕业生产开拓新的消毒方式提供科学依据。【方法】以O_3发生器(10g/h)的新生O3对家蚕病原微粒子孢子、核型多角体病毒和白僵菌进行消毒,以病原感染率和灭活率为考核指标对O3的消毒效果进行考察。【结果】新生O3对家蚕病原微粒子孢子、核型多角体病毒和白僵菌均具有一定的杀灭效果,且以在O3出口处的消毒效果最佳,消毒作用30 min后,对家蚕微粒子孢子、核型多角体病毒和白僵菌的灭活率分别为100.00%、95.56%和100.00%;而在O3出口处(1m)下方的消毒效果较差,其对应的病原灭活率分别为73.33%、74.44%和31.11%。【结论】新生O3对家蚕微粒子孢子、核型多角体病毒和白僵菌等常见病原菌有较好的消毒效果,因此蚕业生产上可应用新生O3对蚕室、蚕具、桑叶及蚕体进行消毒,为防控家蚕常见疾病提供有力措施。
[Objective]The disinfection effect of newly generated ozone(O_3) on popular common pathogens from silkworm was investigated,in order to provide scientific basis for developing a new disinfection method for sericulture.[Method]The ozone generated newly by ozone generator(10 g/h) was used to disinfect nosema bombycis,nuclear polyhedrosis virus and Beauveria bassiana from silkworm.Then,using pathogen infection rate and inactivation rate as evaluation indexes,the disinfection effect of ozone was evaluated.[Result]The results showed that ozone generated newly had a certain inactivation effect on nosema bombycis,nuclear polyhedrosis virus and B.bassiana,especially outlet of ozone generator with optimal disinfection effect.After disinfection of 30 min,the inactivation rates of nosema bombycis,nuclear polyhedrosis virus and B.bassiana were 100.00%,95.56%and 100.00%,respectively.And under outlet of ozone generator(1 m),their inactivation rates were 73.33%,74.44%and 31.11%,respectively,thus,the disinfection effect was worse relatively.[Conclution]The ozone generated newly has great disinfection effect on nosema bombycis,nuclear polyhedrosis virus,B.bassiana and other common pathogens from silkworm.Therefore,ozone can be used to disinfect cocoonery,rearing implement,mulberry leaf and silkworm body in sericulture production,so as to provide effective measures for controlling common diseases of silkworm.
