创新型经济逐渐成为推动我国经济发展的新动力,而知识在创新型经济发展过程中变得越来越重要,与此密切相关的知识产权本身也发展成为一种全新的贸易方式——知识产权贸易。在古诺竞争市场结构下,建立一个基于工艺R＆D的双寡头动态博弈模型,并讨论知识产权贸易对企业市场绩效的影响。研究表明：企业市场绩效不仅与本国的知识产权保护程度有关,而且与出口国的技术溢出程度以及研发效率有关。
英文摘要：
Innovation economy has gradually become a main driving force for China＇s economy development. Meanwhile, the knowledge has become more and more important in the development progress of innovation economy. Intellectual property right, closely related to this, has developed into a new trade, intellectual property trade. The paper constitutes a model of the duopoly with R;D process under the market structure of Cournot competition. It analyzes the impacts of intellectual property right trade on the market performance of enterprises. Thus, a key finding of the paper is that the market performance of an enterprise is not only relevant to protection degree of domestic intellectual property right but also relevant to the technology spillover level and R＆D efficiency of the output country.
