采用水蒸气蒸馏方法提取金莲花精油,研究金莲花精油的抗氧化活性。以抗坏血酸（VC）为阳性对照,用紫外可见分光光度法测定精油对羟基自由基（·OH）、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基（DPPH·）的清除能力。结果显示,金莲花精油对·OH和DPPH·有一定的清除率能力,说明金莲花精油具有一定的抗氧化活性。
英文摘要：
The antioxidant activity of essential oils from Trollius chinensis Bunge is evaluated in this paper. The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation method, and the antioxidant activity of essential oil was evaluated by UV spectrophotometry on OH and DPPH radical, compared with Vc. The results show that the essential oil can scav- enging OH · and DPPH · Therefore, the essential oil from Trollius chinensis Bunge have certain antioxidant activity.
