针对同一种基质沥青和两种型号的SBS,采用一种增容剂和3种稳定剂分别按照相同的加工工艺制备SBS改性沥青,通过技术指标试验来分析增容剂和稳定剂对SBS改性沥青技术性能的影响,结果表明:加入增容剂可以在一定程度上提高SBS改性沥青的热储存稳定性和弹性性能,明显改善了SBS改性沥青的低温塑性,但同时降低了SBS改性沥青的黏性和高温性能。3种稳定剂均对线型SBS改性沥青具有更好的稳定效果,而均对星型SBS改性沥青具有较差的稳定效果。加入3种稳定剂均可以明显提高SBS改性沥青的高温性能和抗老化性能,但均对SBS改性沥青的黏性、低温塑性和弹性性能影响较小。
SBS modified asphalts are prepared through adding a kind of compatilizer,three types of stabilizer,and two types of SBS into a kind of asphalt at same processing condition respectively,and effect of the compatilizer and stabilizer on technical performance of SBS modified asphalt is analyzed through technical indexes.The results show that the compatilizer can improve hot storage stability and elastic property of SBS modified asphalt to some extent,and obviously improve low temperature plasticity of SBS modified asphalt,but in the meantime it can reduce viscosity and high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt.All three types of stabilizer can significantly improve the hot storage stability of linear SBS modified asphalt but poor effect for star SBS modified asphalt.All these three types of stabilizer can obviously enhance the high temperature performance and anti-aging performance of SBS modified asphalt but have minor effect on its viscosity,low temperature plasticity and elastic properties.
