目的：探讨个性化护理提高食管癌术后患者使用漱口液漱口依从性的效果.方法便利抽样法选择2012年3月至2014年2月,解放军海军总医院胸外科收治的行开胸术的食管癌患者122例为研究对象,按入院先后将其分为观察组62例和对照组60例,对照组常规使用漱口液护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予以个性化护理,比较两组患者使用漱口液的依从性及口腔溃疡的分级与发生率.结果观察组患者使用漱口液的依从性优于对照组（U＝1318,P＜0．05）,口腔溃疡的分级及发生率均优于或低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0．05）.结论对食管癌术后患者进行个性化护理,可提高患者使用漱口液的依从性,降低口腔溃疡的发生率.
英文摘要：
Objective To discuss the effect of personalized nursing in improving the postoperative mouth-wash usage compliance of patients with esophagus cancer.Methods Totally 122 patients were selected and divided into observation group（n=62）and control group（n=60）.The control group received conventional mouthwash nursing while the observation group received personalized nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The mouthwash usage compliance,grade and incidence rate of oral ulcer were compared between two groups.Results The compliance of observation group was better than which in control group （U=1318,P〈0.05）,and the incidence rate and grade of oral ulcer were lower than control group（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Personalized nursing can increase the postoperative compliance of mouthwash usage for pa-tients with esophagus cancer and reduce the incidence of oral ulcer.
