二硫化钼(MoS2)纳米片是典型的类石墨烯二维纳米材料,具有出色的电学、光学、热学和力学性能,是当前研究的热点。综述了MoS2纳米片的制备方法,包括以微机械剥离法、锂离子插层法和液相超声法为代表的"自上而下"的剥离法和以化学气相沉积、水热合成等为主的"自下而上"的合成法。同时,介绍了MoS2纳米片在电化学生物传感器方面的研究现状和发展趋势。
Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2 )nanosheet is graphene-like two-dimensional nanomaterials,which ex-hibits unusual electronic,optical,thermal and mechanical properties and is widely investigated recently.Here,the preparation methods of MoS2 nanosheet are reviewed.“Top-down”methods include micromechanical exfoliation,li-thium-based intercalation and liquid exfoliation,while the “bottom-up”approaches covered are chemical vapor deposi-tion and hydrothermal synthesis.The current status and development tendency of MoS2 nanosheet in electrochemical biosensors are also summarized.
