应用气相色谱法同时测定胶粘剂中15种有害物质的含量。胶粘剂样品用乙酸乙酯超声波萃取60 min后,用DB-1301毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,外标法定量。15种有害物质在一定的质量浓度范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,方法检出限(S/N=10)在0.02--0.19 g/kg之间。方法在10.00--325.0 mg/L添加水平,加标回收率在82.33%--110.8%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.99%--3.98%之间。该方法简便、灵敏、准确,适用于胶粘剂中有害物质含量的快速分析。
GC was applied to the determination of 15 harmful substances in adhesives. The sample was extracted for 60 min with ethyl acetate by ultrasonic extraction. DB-1301 capillary column ,hydrogen flames detector were employed to separate and detect the compounds and external standard method was used for quantitation.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 15 compounds were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits (S/N=10) were ranged from 0.02--0.19 g/kg, Within the ranges of 10.00--325.0 mg/L, recoveries of the method ranged from 82.33% to 110.8%, with values of RSD's (n=6) the range of 1.99%--3.98%. The method was simple, sensitive and precise, which was suitable for the qualifi-cation analysis of harmful substances in the adhesives.
