目的：探讨中药药熨循背部督脉及患肢对中风后偏瘫患者日常生活能力的影响。方法：79例中风偏瘫患者随机分为试验组（47例）和对照组（32例），对照组采用康复训练干预，试验组在对照组基础上采用中药药熨循背部督脉及偏瘫肢体，比较两组患者Barthel指数评分。结果：治疗2周后试验组Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中药药熨循背部督脉及患肢能提高中风后偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力。
英文摘要：
Objective：To investigate the effect in daily life ability of apoplexy hemiplegia with medicated compress of Chinese medicine on Du me-ridian and affected extremity. Methods：79 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into experimental group （47 cases） and control group （32 cases）, control group with rehabilitation training, based on which experimental group adopted medicated compress of Chinese med-icine on Du meridian and affected extremity, Barthel scores of the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment of 2 weeks, Barthel score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Medicated compress of Chinese medicine on Du meridi-an and affected extremity can improve the daily life ability of apoplexy hemiplegia.
