本文对阳泉盆地2020水平年和2030水平年的水资源进行优化配置分析,结果表明:2020水平年在修建龙华口调水工程后水资源供需矛盾较为缓和,盆地区域综合缺水率仅为6.51%,缺水行业为农业;2030年由于没有规划新的供水工程,采用节水新技术,加大节水力度是缓和缺水形势的关键。
Through the optimal allocation of water resources in 2020 and 2030 level years of Yangquan Basin,the supply and requirement contradiction of water resources will be mitigated after the construction of the Youlonghuakou water transfer project in the 2020 level years.The integrated water shortage rate will be only 6.51% in the basin area,of which agriculture will be the industry with the problem of water shortage.In 2030,using the water saving new technology to strengthen the water saving is the key point to mitigate the water shortage trend since that there would be no new water supply project planned.
