船舶主辅机的振动控制是热门课题,在振动类课程的教学中讲授的主要是被动隔振控制方法,本文介绍混合控制方法在船舶辅机振动课程中的应用,分析混合控制方法在双层隔振系统中的隔振效果,比较混合控制和被动控制的传递率曲线。结果表明:双层隔振系统采用混合控制方法明显优于被动隔振系统的隔振效果,丰富了振动类课程中的隔振方法讲授。
Vibration control of the main and auxiliary ship engine is a hot topic. In vibration class, the main vibration isolation method is passive vibration isolation control method. This article introduces the application of hybrid control method in ship auxiliary engine vibration courses. The vibration isolation effect of hybrid control method in double-layer vibration isolation system is analyzed, and the transmissibility curve of hybrid control and passive control are compared. The results show that the double-layer vibration isolation system using hybrid control method is superior to the passive vibration isolation system, thus enriching the vibration isolation method teaching.
