高校岗位津贴实施以来,高校教师的收入水平、收入结构都有了明显的变化,但薪酬满意度水平仍然偏低。通过实证调查,并对性别、年龄、学历、职务及收入水平等个体因素的差异进行比较分析,发现除性别因素外,其他因素与高校教师的薪酬满意度都有重要的关系。薪酬满意度紧密关涉工作积极性,目前仍是激励高校教师的重要手段。
Since the university subsidy system was implemented,income levels and income structure of the teachers have undergone a significant change.An empirical investigation shows that teachers′ salary satisfaction is still low.This paper analyzes the teachers′ salary satisfaction from the gender,ages,education,academic records,posts and income differences,and finds that apart from the gender factor,other factors have contributed greatly to the satisfaction.The fact that there is an important relationship between salary and satisfaction suggests that payment can be an important means in encouraging university teachers.To raise salary satisfaction and to encourage teachers′ teaching enthusiasm,the payment system should be improved in deepening the reform of post installation.
