本文以密歇根大学研究小组2007年研制的人力资源从业人员胜任力模型为理论基础,结合我国多民族地区商贸流通企业经营环境的三个特征,建立我国多民族地区商贸流通企业人力资源从业人员胜任力模型。与密歇根大学的人力资源从业人员胜任力模型相比较,多民族地区商贸流通企业人力资源从业人员的六维结构更加注重成就动机及模糊容忍度等方面的能力。
Based on the model established by University of Michigan research team in 2007 for the competence of human resource professionals, combined with the three characteristics of business environment in China' s business circulation firms of multi-ethnic regions, this paper constructs a model for the competence of human resource professionals in China' s business circulation firms of multiethnic regions. Compared with University of Michigan's model, it has a six-dimensional structure which emphasizes more on achievement motivation and ambiguity tolerance.
