During the transitional economy period, Chinese enterprises are facing many challenges and opportunities. Under the transitional economy which takes dynamic uncertainty as its feature, Chinese new labor contract law and high mobility of employees make employment relation which was ignored before have been paid highly attention by management researchers and managers. The employment relations model which suited to the transitional economy characteristics and business development demands should be built, while mutual investment employment relations is the effective business model for our enterprises facing the global competition.
