With the rise of the knowledge economy and economic globalization tide, knowledge management becomes the sustainable source of the advantage of enterprises. Tacit knowledge is key knowledge assets and the important resources that enterprises make the competition advantage too. This paper combines the main implication of tacit knowledge and analyzes the significance of tacit knowledge transformation; On the basis of analyzing unfavorable factors of tacit knowledge transformation, the paper have offered the suggestion of promoting enterprise＇s tacit knowledge transformation of enterprise.
